• Description:
• The purpose and subject of this public contract is the development, production (including purchase of materials), testing and delivery of high voltage power supplies for the RF source (gyrotron) for the ECRH (hereinafter referred to as "HV PS") for the COMPASS-U Tokamak experimental device for basic research. It also includes the supplier's obligation to deliver the HV PS under the conditions specified in the contract and to transfer the ownership right to the HV PS to the client. HV PS must fully comply with the requirements and specifications set forth in the contract, including, but not limited to, identification of goods, quantity and technical parameters established in the technical specification and schedule of deliveries and payments. The same applies to the other "items" (i.e. Item #2 - HV Coaxial Cables, Item #3 - HV Triaxial Cables and Item #4 - Cathode Heater Power Supply) listed in the schedule of deliveries and payments attached to the contract as Annex No. 3, if the contracting authority orders them according to Article 3 of the contract. Item No. 1 (HV PS) represents mandatory basic performance and will be ordered by the contracting authority according to Appendix No. 3. Ordering of items No. 2, 3 and 4 is at the discretion of the contracting authority, based on the framework agreement according to Article 3 of the contract. The supply of HVPS and other items also includes the necessary research and development activities and, where applicable, a free license to use the entire supply for the needs of the project, including its subsequent stages.
