- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of a new, unused medical device - a high-power surgical laser for use in the client's central operating theaters and the partial supply of laser fibers of various sizes. The subject of performance also includes transport to the buyer's residence, montaž_commissioning, carrying out the necessary tests for commissioning and training personnel to a sufficient extent. Part of the subject of the contract is also the provision of a guarantee in the sense of § 2113 et seq. of the Civil Code for a period of 24 months and carrying out periodic safety and technical inspections, including oprofessional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations throughout the duration of the warranty.
