- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of a new, unused medical device_high-power surgical laser for use in the client's central operating theaters and partial supply of lasero fibers of different sizes. The scope of delivery also includes transport to the buyer's headquarters, installation_commissioning, carrying out the necessary tests for commissioning and training of personnel to a sufficient extent. Part of the subject of the contract is also the provision of a guarantee in the sense of § 2113 et seq. civilof the Code for a period of 24 months and the performance of periodic safety and technical inspections, including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations for the entire duration of the warranty.nic device_a high-powered surgical laser for use in the client's central operating theaters and partial deliveries of laser fibers of various sizes.
