Description:
The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of hernia meshes that can be used in the surgical treatment of hernias, hereinafter referred to as "SZM". The SZM must be registered in the Czech Republic as an in vitro medical device.
A more detailed definition of the subject of performance is evident from the ZD, especially from Annex No. 1A to 1E ZD Technical specification of the subject of performance for parts 1-5 VZ.
The subject of the contract will be fulfilled on the basis of the concluded purchase contract, which is Annex No. 2 of the ZD.
