- The goal of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one selected supplier, whose offer will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous, for the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026. The framework agreement will regulate the framework conditions for awarding individual public contracts, the subject of which will be provisionprovision of health examination services for laboratory mice, laboratory rats and swabs from the environment, including packaging of animals or samples, their transport and consultation of examination results. For the duration of the framework agreement, the selected supplier will be obliged to provide the Client with individual items of the subject of performance (i.e.individual health examinations) for the same, or a better unit tender price, which he stated in Annex No. 5 of the ZD - form Amount of the tender price, which also forms Annex No. 1 of the framework agreement.
