Description:
The subject of the public contract for construction works "Health Center No. 2048, Stare Město - construction modifications" is the construction modifications of the building. This is a complete replacement of the distribution of medical technical installations in the entire building, a complete replacement of the internal electrical installation including switchboards, the implementation of new low-current distributions, replacement of central heating distributions in heating channels, including measurement and regulation, with the fact that the heating elements and heat source will be left in place. A new tread layer of the floor will be installed in all rooms, including waterproofing, except for room No. 1.01A. In social spaces the equipment will be replaced with tiles and tiling. Construction modifications will also be carried out in the form of walling up some internal doors and restoration of the original cleaning rooms. The windows, facade and roof, which were done in 2009, will remain unchanged. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract is given in the project documentation.
