- The contracting authority, the Hospital in Frydek-Mistek, a contributory organization, fulfills the function of the central contracting authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 of the ZZVZ. At the same time, this contracting authority also procures services for its own use within the framework of centralized procurement. The contractors for whom further central procurement is carried out are:

•Hospital with polyclinic Haviřov, contributory organization,
•Třinec Hospital, contributory organization,
•Sanatorium Jablunkov, a.s.,
•Associated medical facility Krnov, contributory organization,
•Silesian Hospital in Opava, contributionmetal organization.
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the collection, transportation and disposal of waste arising from the activities of waste generators, i.e. the above-mentioned contractors. One participant in the procurement procedure will be selected, with whom each of the above-mentioned contracting parties will conclude a contract for the implementation of the subject of performance for the period24 měsiců.
