Description:
The subject of this public contract is the development and/or provision, i.e. the commitment of the selected contractor to develop and/or provide the client with:
a) project documentation as specified in more detail in Article 2 of the Contract, including: development of construction organization principles, development surveys, processingtraffic studies (solutions), processing of documentation for landscape and orchard improvements;
b) engineering (procurement) activities - services for obtaining all necessary decisions, consents and permits
c) cooperation services in the selection of a construction contractor and cooperation and consultation services during construction implementation
d) other partial fulfillment:
-comprehensive provision of EIA (i.e. environmental impact assessment) - this activity will be a partial subject of the Contract only if it is required by third parties, or established by the relevant legal regulation;
-providing professional cooperation and documents (e.g. energytechnical assessment and other relevant documents according to the requirements of the support/subsidy providers) in the event that the Customer submits an application for the provision of support/subsidy for the co-financing of the Project from the funds of the European Union or Financial Mechanisms.
