Description:
The subject of performance of the awarded public contract is construction work, it is a revitalization of the existing building, within which there is no intervention in the architectural, material or construction solution of the building. On the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor there will be an irrelevant change in the disposition by removing the partition between the M.č. 1.16 and 1.17 and m.č. 2.06 will be divided by a new partition. The windows will also be replaced (the dimensions of the holes will not change) and the object insulation of the object from the EPS graphite thickness will be provided. 160 mm, which will be equipped with facade silicate plaster. In terms of volumetric solutions, size of window and outdoor door openings and maximum height of the building, the appearance of the building does not change. Furthermore, new internal wiring of SLP and SLN will be carried out, new wiring of ZTI and sewerage and supplemented on the staircase. The existing construction and technical solution does not interfere. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract and the terms of performance of the public contract is given to the Terms and Conditions - the draft contract for work (Annex 1 of the tender documentation) and in the project documentation (Annex 5 of the tender documentation).
