• Description:
• As part of the public contract, vertical waterproofing of the basement masonry will be carried out, the plinth masonry will be insulated. The construction works will include a system of drainage pipes, which will reduce the pressure on the waterproofing of the basement masonry, and a system of rainwater drainage. IN in the basement of the main building, the existing plastering will be hammered out in places affected by moisture and remedial plastering will be carried out. The existing structure of the roof above the main building is in good condition, and rehabilitation of the individual wooden elements is not required. The roofing is a combination bags and galvanized sheet with roof gutter. A complete replacement of the sheet metal covering will be carried out around the entire perimeter of the building, including rain gutters. The attic floor above the main building will be insulated with mineral wool and subsequently covered with OSB boards throughout area. The asphalt strip roofing over the connecting neck between the main building and the gymnasium will be repaired to the necessary extent. The roof over the gymnasium is in good condition and also does not require rehabilitation. The attic floor above the gymnasium will be mineral insulated cotton wool. The work also includes the construction of a gas pipeline for the connection of a new hanging boiler for heating two flats on the ground floor of the south wing.
