- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is about a new building of a gym with facilities at elementary school and kindergarten on a stopped area of 912.5 m2. The gym will be operated with the elementary school of the connecting corridor at the level of the 2nd floor for the possibility of accessing elementary schools and kindergartens from the school of the school “dry feet”. On the ground floor, in addition to the gym, the entrance area for extracurricular visitors, receptions, sanitary facilities M+Ž, staircases, split changing rooms M+Ž, cleaning room, two tools and handles are situated. The second floor will be accessible both by the staircase from the ground floor and the connecting corridor from the landing of the staircase in the existing school. In addition to the vestibule for the school and kindergarten, they will be located on the 2nd floor warehouse, gas boiler room with machine air conditioning, cleaning room, clubhouse of local athletes with facilities and sanitary facilities M+Ž.
