- The subject of the public contract is the processing of a General GOPUP drainage (GOPUP), which will serve as a key document for the introduction of the principles of sustainable rainwater (HDV) in accordance with the land use plan and other field concepts.Also the processing of the plan to drain extreme precipitation (Poex).
