• The contracting authority divided the public contract within the meaning of § 35 and § 101 of the Act into parts: Part 1 - construction work Part 2 - supply of kitchen equipment Each part of the public contract is a completely separate subject of the contracting authority's procedure in the tender procedure. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer to one or to all partsPublic procurement. The supplier may submit its offer to Part 1, or Part 2, or both parts of the public contract, at its discretion. Part 1 - Construction work The subject of the fulfillment of part 1 of the public contract is the repair - dispensing of meals on the premises of the client. Part 1 is a public contract for construction work.Building interventions concern the preparation room, corridor and former HVAC engine room. The building does not interfere with the supporting structures, does not change the ground plan and height arrangement or the outer cloak of the building. Subject of Part 1 Public Procurement is specified in terms of business and payment conditions for part 1 publiccontracts (Annex 2 of the tender documentation) and project documentation and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with a statement of the area (Annex 4 of the tender documentation, except the "D13 gastro" in the project documentation and in the work in the list of works called "01 01 - Tech Pol"). Part 2- Delivery of kitchen equipment The subject of part 2 public contracts is the supply of kitchen equipment and modernization of food dispenser equipment. Part 2 is a public contract for supplies. Subject of Part 2 Public Procurement is specified in detail in business and payment conditions for part 2 publicOrders (Annex 3 of the tendering procedure) and in the project documentation and inventory of construction work, supplies and services with the bill of office (Annex 4 of the tendering procedure documentation in the "D13 Gastro" in the project documentation and in the list of construction work, ...
