Description:
The subject of the public contract is the alteration of the completed building. The internal layout of the part of the building with the doctor's office is being changed, without interfering with the apartment unit, forced ventilation of the WC and waiting room, the entire perimeter and roof sheathing incl. all hole fillings, new gas connection, change of heating surface from radiators to low-temperature ones floor heating, change of energy carrier from LTO to a combination of natural gas and electricity incl. relevant technology. PV panels will be placed on the roof, a new separate room for the PV battery with accessories will be created in the basement. The way the object is used remains unchanged. Purpose: medical facility - a general practitioner's office and a separate apartment unit.
