- The subject of the fulfillment of the VZ is the processing of the General Development of the University Hospital Ostrava. The Generals must be processed at least in the extent of the points listed in Annex 1 (A - accompanying report, B - property relations, C - number of beds in departments, D -Pavilion) ZD - technical specifications. For the purposes of this tender documentation, the General means: the scheme of individual functional parts of the given area, the use of released objects, solutions of new objects with the proposal of their use and capacity, including transport, communication corridors and engineering networks, professional calculation of investment costs divided into individual stages ; Gradual modernization of the premises with a medium and long -term outlook to propose the optimal solution of the transfer of individual functional parts the premises to a logically interconnected whole, including communication corridors and supply routes, with volume solutions of individual parts, stages and estimates of investment costs; Conceptual design of the completion of the complex with reflection on the operational and functional links of the premises, the non -collision movement of employees, clients and supply - modernization of the premises and its buildings with the aim of optimizing the layout of individual parts (hereinafter referred to as “Generals”).
