The general development of the Bulovka University Hospital is understood as: the location scheme of individual functional components of the given area, the use of vacated buildings, the solution of new buildings with a proposal for their use and capacity, including transport, communication corridors and engineering networks, with a professional calculation of investment ncosts broken down into individual stages; gradual modernization of the area with a medium- and long-term outlook with the aim of designing an optimal solution for the transfer of individual functional parts of the area into a logically interconnected whole, including communication corridors and supply routes, with a volumetric solution for individual areasby phasing and estimation of investment costs; conceptual design of the completion of the area with reflection on the operational and functional links of the area, collision-free movement of employees, clients and supplies - modernization of the area and its objects with the aim of optimizing the layout of individual parts.
