- The subject of the public order is the purchase of gastro tableware (food containers and kitchen utensils) in the assortment and according to the parameters listed in Appendix No. 1 ZD - Product Specifications.
Annex No. 2 "Price offer" must be filled in the marked (highlighted) boxes. Include v. in your total bid priceany costs for the delivery of the requested goods. The price offered will be the final and unchangeable price.
Appendix No. 3 "Draft Purchase Agreement" serves as information on the contractual conditions and must be filled in all marked (highlighted) boxes and signed by the statutory authority. The price stated in the contract mustbe the same as the competitive price stated in the NEN and in the price offer.
