Description: The subject of this public contract is the selection of a merchant, which for the contracting authority will provide gas supply in 2023, to the extent and in accordance with the tender documentation and pursuant to Section 72 (1) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll. Including:
(a) Gas supply including transfer of liability for deviation on the merchant,
b) Ensuring the transport and storage of gas (flexibility) on your own name and on your own dealer's account to cover the seasonal nature of customer needs
(c) Ensuring the safety standard of gas supply according to the Energy Act and the following provisions of the Decree on Emergency Conditions and on the method of ensuring the safety standard of gas supply (hereinafter referred to as BSD)
The subject of this public contract is not to ensure the distribution of gas, which the contracting authority has provided
A separate contract concluded between the contracting authority and the operator of the regional distribution
