• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is:
  a) the processing of a location analysis, the input data of which will be the current territorial dislocation of all workplaces of the UP CR, the execution and performance of the UP CR agendas at the UP CR workplaces, the number of UP CR employees at the UP CR workplaces broken down into individual agendas ( including secondary, so-called service agendas), financial costs associated with individual workplaces of the UP CR and relevant anonymized data from the Unified Information System of Labor and Social Affairs, including the Departmental Portal of Labor and Social Affairs. The second part of the location analysis must be mainly the comparison and use of datasetsregarding population mobility (without car mobility), using telco data not older than 2022 from min. of two operators, the index of the exposure of residents' interests, including the indexing of catchment areas via car and public transport, while also taking into account the administratively functional distribution of the bodies ofstate administration and self-government and other socially primary entities (legal entities) providing economic services to residents, and all this on the basis of maps.
  b) Development of graphic, descriptive, statistical reports in an appropriate manner, in the sense of the supplier's high level of expertise and expertiseups, which are materially usable, comprehensible for the UP CR and correspond to all entered data and datasets at the time of submission. It also includes mutual communication and correlation of data outputs to expected results on the part of the contracting authority.
