• FVE - Nymburk Winter Stadium and Elbe Relaxation Center - Pool section FVE - Nymburk Winter Stadium and Elbe Relaxation Center - part of the Winter Stadium The subject of the fulfillment of both parts of this public contract is the supply and installation of a photovoltaic power plant (hereafter referred to as "PVE") including its connection to the existing electrical installation of buildings, connection to the client's distribution system and provision of service activities, including a guarantee of the supply of spare parts. The subject of the fulfillment of both parts of this public contract is the supply of new PV equipment (instruments). It must be equipment that was newly purchased or manufactured and has not yet been used for its intended purpose. A detailed description of the subject of performance is given in relation to the Pool section in the binding model contract for the work forming Annex No. 8 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter "Swimming Pool contract") and to the Winter Stadium part of the binding sample contract for the work forming Appendix No. 9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Winter Stadium Contract", the Swimming Pool Contract and the Winter Stadium Contract collectively referred to as the "Contracts"). The subject is the delivery and installation of a PV system for the construction of a swimming pool swimming pool in the territory of the city of Nymburk (Relaxation Center Elbe), while a detailed description of the subject of this part is given in the Swimming Pool contract. The subject is the supply and installation of a PV plant for the construction of a winter stadium in the territory of the city of Nymburk (Nymburk Winter Stadium), while a detailed description of the subject of fulfillment of this part is given in the Winter Stadium contract.
