• Description:
• The subject of the two-step procedure is the conclusion of the Purchase Contract for the purchase of an equipped office from one part of the design area. 1. The contractor is authorized to provide health services according to the law. 372/2011 Coll., 15 paragraph 1, psm. b) and 24 et seq., by the Act on Health Insurance and Exemptions. 156/2015 Coll. on the conditions for the provision of health services by military employers. Zadvajc is the holder of the Decision on the issuance of authorization for the provision of health services j. 193-7/2013-2697 as amended by the 5th supplement, issued pursuant to 15 paragraph 1 of letter b) and 19 of the Act. 372/2011 Coll. about health services and conditions of their provision and 67 of the Act. 500/2004 Coll., original d. Submitted offers will be processed in the Estonian language.
