- The purpose of this above -the -limit public contract for services awarded in negotiating proceedings with publishing pursuant to the provisions of Section 60 et seq. ZZVZ is the conclusion of an operational agreement on the management of the Investment Fund for available housing ("Operational Agreement") on the basis of which the subject of this public contract will be implemented, namelyWith one supplier whose final offer will be evaluated as economically the most advantageous.and investment funds, as amended ("ZISIF"), in the form of a subfond ("subfond" or "fund") of the investment fund with a legal personality pursuant to Section 9 (1) of the ZISIF ("Investment Fund"). Investment fund for the purposes of this public contract may be as an existing investment fund in administrationThe financial intermediary, and the financial intermediary of the newly established investment fund (if such a fund no longer has a financial intermediary) focusing on the acquisition of residential real estate and their rental to the target categories of tenants under the conditions of available housing, in accordance withInvestment strategy, which consists of Annex 2 of this tender documentation ("investment strategy") and which will be in connection with the investment fund, respectively.
