• The subject of the public contract are: - regular partial deliveries of consumables, i.e. reagents, calibrators, control materials, operating chemicals and all consumables (hereinafter also referred to as "diagnostics") required for material provision examination in the area of ​​the examination spectrum specified in the Cover Sheet, which forms Annex No. 1 of the Tender Documentation, for a period of 8 years, including the provision of free transportation of this material to its destination - Laboratory of Hemato-Oncology and Clinical Biochemistry Moravian-Silesian Hospital Havířov, contributory organization, Dělnická 1132/24, Havířov. - free loan and installation of a hemocoagulation set consisting of one or two fully automated analyzers (coagulometers) to determine coagulation parameters and thrombin generation test (TGT), all specified below, for the Laboratory of Hemato-oncology and Clinical Biochemistry (hereinafter also referred to as "analyzers") including accessories and SW with provision of training (specified in more detail below) in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, their full service incl. safety technical checks according to the manufacturer's instructions or validation and possible modernization, and all this for the entire period of performance of the public subject orders, - free loan and installation of backup power supplies (UPS) with sufficient capacity to run all systems in the event of a power outage for at least 30 minutes.
