Description:
This Public Contract is divided into 7 procedurally separate parts according to § 35 ZZVZ according to individual centers of the contracting authority. A more detailed definition of the individual parts is given in the tender documentation. The public order is divided according to the territorial principle - within each part, the contracting authority requests the possibility of taking fuel. The place of performance is the supplier's premises.
The subject of this procurement procedure is the collection of fuel for the centers of Česka Lipa, Duba, Jablonne in Podještědi, Mimoň, Novy Bor, Frydlant, Česky Dub. Fuels must comply with the currently valid technical standards, especially the ČSN EN 590 standard (diesel) and ČSN EN 228+A1 (Natural 95) standard.
From 1.12. to 28.2., the subject of deliveries may be arctic diesel according to ČSN EN 590 with filterability lower than -32C - in climatic conditions of arctic or extremely cold climates, according to the customer's requirements.
Subscription cards mean:
i) personal cards contain a so-called personal identifier, i.e. the name of the driver. This card is kept by the respective driver. The client states that personal cards will be supplied according to the current operational needs of the client;
ii) vehicle cards contain all other necessary data. This card is kept in the vehicle.
Personal both cards and vehicle cards must be matched.

The subject of part number 6 of the Public Contract is the pumping of fuel (diesel) at the filling station(s) of the selected supplier, cashless using collection cards.
