Description:
Creating a new FSDN information system (hereinafter referred to as the "Work") and the provision of the services of technical support and the development of the system for 48 months (hereinafter referred to as "services") from the work. Specifications for the work requirements including compatibility with the existing contracting authority and the scope of services are stated in the contract (Annex 3 ZD) and in its technical attachments. The work also includes training, data migration and test operation, including parallel operation of a new system with the current FADN system operated by the contracting authority. The contracting authority is entitled beyond the services to enter under the Terms of Agreement Supplier of expansion of the work to the extent not exceeding 480 hours (hereinafter referred to as "extension") at a fixed hourly rate specified in the contract.
