- The subject of the contract is the supply of one piece of laser interferometric measuring system. This laser system will be used in the optical laboratory for precise positioning and characterization of individual optical, opto-mechanical and mechanical components or partial blocks and further for Calibration of distances and angles to eliminate systematic errors in ultra-spicy metrological measurements. The submitted parameters reflect the requirements for the possibility to perform different measurement modes using a single laser unit.
