Description:
The purpose of this selection procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one participant, whose offer will be evaluated as the most suitable in the tender (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"). The framework agreement will be concluded for 4 years from the date of the framework agreement. The contracting authority will ask for construction work for a period of timeValidity and effectiveness of the concluded framework agreement on their current needs based on the dispatch of a binding proposal of a partial order to the selected supplier. More detailed conditions of partial public procurement on the basis of a concluded framework agreement are included in Annex 4 ZD - a proposal for a framework agreement. The subject of fillingPublic procurement is the performance of construction work and the provision of related services according to this tender documentation and its annexes, the subject of which will be a gradual replacement (replacement or refurbishment) of the openings on the pre -election (A) and the castle (C) in Montenegro, where the Home for the Seniors Černa hora is located.The chateau is kept as a cultural monument, the register number of the OBC: 45062/7-423. The performance will take place in the extent specified in the Annexes of this tender documentation, especially in Annex 4 ZD - the proposal of the Framework Agreement, Annex 5 ZD - Project Documentation and Annex 6 ZD - Statement.work
