Description:
The subject of the public contract for the conclusion of the framework contract, which will be concluded with one participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"), is the provision of small construction work ("construction work") according to this tender documentation with the technical specifications listed below according to the currentThe needs of the contracting authority, for a period of three years (ie from 01. 05. 2025 - 30. 04. 2028) with the maximum total price for the entire effectiveness of the framework contract of CZK 5,999,000 without VAT.

On the basis of a framework contract, the contracting authority will assign to the selected supplier according to their current needs individual partial ordersto perform construction work in the form of an order. The terms and conditions for carrying out construction work will be determined in the framework contract with the order that the order will refer to the performance of construction work in accordance with the conditions set out in the frameworkthe contract.
