- The contracting authority, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, participates in the development of the testing industry in the Czech Republic within the framework of the Testing Industry Development Program (PRZ), which is based on the needs of the conformity assessment system in the regulated sphere, in particular the needs of securing the activities of authorized/notifiedified persons, notified entities and recognized independent organizations, while also taking into account the needs of foreign cooperation for the given calendar year.
PART 4
The subject of the performance of part 4 of the public contract is the procurement of the Client's affairs consisting in the performance of tasks in the field of assessment and verification of theproperties according to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 305/2011 and activities in assessing the conformity of selected construction products according to NV No. 163/2002 Coll. (including possible participation in comparative round tests). Activities in the preparation and revision of technical instructions for the field of constructionproducts.

The subject of the performance of part 12 of the public contract is the procurement of the Client's affairs consisting in the performance of tasks in the area of conformity assessment of personal protective equipment (including possible participation in comparative round tests)
