- The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of framework agreements with several suppliers for the purchase of guarantees of origin of electricity from renewable sources in accordance with Act No. 165/2012 Coll., on supported energy sources and on the amendment of certain laws and guarantees of origin from nuclear electricity, in the form guarantee of originodu (Guarantee of Origin certificate within the framework of AIB) with production identification, without distinction of all tech technology - all AIB and crediting of the ordered volume to the account of the Principal registered with OTE.
