Description:
The subject of this over-the-limit public order is the execution of project works (hereinafter also "PD"), engineering activities (hereinafter also "IČ"), the performance of author supervision (hereinafter also "AD") and cooperation in the selection of the contractor for the construction plans listed below:

The contracting authority informs that parts 1 to 3 of the Public Procurement are co-financed from the financial support provided by the Just Transformation Operational Program, through the projects:
a) Usteck ouloni Noah's ark, no. OPST_VS_000006/24,
b) Nocturnal Madagascar, No. OPST_VS_000002/24,
c) Revitalization of the administration building and entrance to the zoo, No. OPST_VS_000004/24.
This results in obligations for the contracting authority and supplier regarding the fulfillment of parts 1 to 3 of this Public Procurement, which are specified in more detail in the program documents available at https://opst.cz/kraj/ustecky-kraj.
The inspiration was the legacy of the founder of the original bird reserve, visionary and nature protector - Dr. Heinrich Lumpe. The green areas of the zoo grounds will become open expositions that will allow observation of various types of local fauna and flora. The project will focus on the restoration and expansion of water features in the landscape and will also include anti-erosion measures.
