- 1. The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions valid between the contracting parties for all future relations between the Client and the Contractor resulting from contracts for work, which will be concluded between them on the basis of orders made pursuant to Article IV. This contract, where this work is specified in detail in this Article, unless otherwise regulated by a separate written contract. 2. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client in his business activities of the fulfillment of individual works, and each individual work will always be specified in the numbered orders made pursuant to Article IV. this contract. 3. The subject of performance pursuant to this Agreement, which will be specified in more detail in orders made under Article IV. This contract is to ensure electrical work in selected houses owned by the Statutory City of Pardubice, including the supply of all materials needed to properly perform the work in quality standards set by the terms of the selection procedure.
