For the year 2028, or in the case of earlier exhaustion of the financial limit set for the years 2026 and 2027 for the period after the exhaustion of this limit, the central contracting authority reserves to take advantage of the change of obligation according to Section 100 (1) of the Act up to a maximum of 30 % of the expected financial limit.
