- The subject of the tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement without the restoration of the competition between the contracting authority and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts will be awarded. The subject of the fulfillment of public procurement awarded on the basis of a framework agreement will be the supply of technical gases and the rental of the cylinders according to the technical specifications required by the contracting authority. The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement is framework -specified in the proposal of the Framework Agreement (Annex Documentation of the tender) and in the framework specification of the subject of performance (Annex Documentation of the tender procedure).
