Description: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one participant in accordance with § 131 of the Public Procurement Act for each part of the public contract, with a total of up to 13 machines. Within each part of the public contract, the contracting authority guarantees the purchase of 1 machine. Part of the subject of performance is also the commissioning of machines and their aggregation with the required superstructures and work adapters, as well as training of machine users for their operation and service (warranty) inspections and work specified by manufacturers of machines and their superstructures for the required warranty period. The performance itself on the basis of the FH will be solved by a call without renewal of the competition in accordance with § 134 of the Public Procurement Act. The machines will be used in the field of agriculture and forestry, or in the communal area, depending on the used work adapters.
