• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 et seq. of the law. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"). The framework agreement will be concluded between the contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure. Therefore, individual public contracts will be awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in a procedure without the renewal of competition between the participants of the Framework Agreement according to Section 134, paragraph 1 of the Act. In accordance with the provisions of § 132 paragraph 4 of the Act, all conditions for the performance of a public contract (i.e. including the procedure for awarding individual public contracts) contained in the Framework Agreement, the binding content of which is Annex No. 1 of the Procurement Documentation - "Draft Framework Agreement" The subject of the performance of the public order is the supply of office supplies according to detailed specifications stated in the Draft Framework Agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of the Tender Documentation, and in Annex No. 2 of the Tender Documentation - Price Table. Conclusion of the Framework Agreement in the sense of § 131 et seq. of the Act will allow the contracting authority to award public contracts for agreed performance according to it current needs.
