• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the supply of office and other furniture (hereinafter referred to as "individual items of the subject of the Public Contract") for the duration of the framework agreements concluded between the Central Contracting Authority, Authorizing Contracting Officers and selected suppliers. Individually items of the Public procurement subject, including their technical conditions, are specified in detail in Appendix No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter also "ZD"). The individual items of the Public Procurement subject will be quantitatively determined only in specific sub-sections purchase contracts that will be concluded on the basis of framework agreements. The amount of actual procurement of individual items of the Public Procurement subject will depend on the current operational needs of the Central Contracting Authority and individual Authorizing Contracting Authorities. The quantities actually taken may thus differ from the expected quantity. Authorizing contracting authorities, for whom the public contract is awarded, are identified in paragraph 1.1 ZD.
