- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement in the sense of § 131 et seq. of the law. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 2 years or until the financial limit of EUR 246,833 without VAT is exhausted, whichever occurs first (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement").
The framework agreement will be concludedalso by the above-mentioned contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure. Therefore, individual public contracts will be awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in a procedure without the renewal of competition between the participants of the Framework Agreement according to § 134 paragraph 1 of the Act. In accordance with the provisions of Section 132, Paragraph 4 of the Act, all conditions will be meti public contracts (i.e. including the procedure for awarding individual public contracts) contained in the Framework Agreement, the binding content of which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as "ZD") - "Draft Framework Agreement" (hereinafter also referred to as "Draft Framework Agreement ").
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of monitoaccording to the detailed specification stated in the draft framework agreement.
