• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of laptops for the client. The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier without renewing the competition. The contracting authority points out that the purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for supplies, i.e. that the notebooks will be taken according to the current needs of the contracting authority within the framework of individual sub-orders. Detailed technical parameters of the notebooks are listed in Annex No. 1 of the tender conditions - Draft framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “framework agreement”) and in Annex No. 4 of the tender conditions - Technical specification (hereinafter referred to as "technical specification"). The contracting authority points out that the selected supplier will already commit to the first delivery of 5 items by concluding a framework agreement that sets out the details. It is part of the subject of this public contract also: a) delivery of goods to the place of delivery in accordance with the terms of the contract and in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement, b) provision of warranty and service requirements in accordance with the framework agreement.
