- The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the adjustment of the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts (i) for the production and supply of up to 60 units of two-system (3kV DC/25kV AC) electrical units with max. operating speedspeed of at least 200 km/h, fully suitable for operation on railway lines with a gauge of 1,435 mm in the territory of the Czech Republic,
(ii) supply of spare parts and structural units of the exchangeable system.
and contracts for repairs and maintenance of the delivered units in the form of Full-Service.
