- The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of
(i) a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the framework agreement is the adjustment of the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts for the production and supply of up to 47 units of multi-system electrical units with a maximum operating speed of at least 160km/h
(ii) supply of spare parts and structural units of the exchangeable system and further
(iii) long-term contracts for repairs and maintenance of delivered units in the form of Full-Service
