- The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement is the continuous supply of passenger road vehicles with electric drive. The procurement procedure is divided into two parts: part A lower middle class passenger vehicles, part B middle class passenger vehicles. Every part of the procurement processthe procedure is entered as a separate procurement procedure under a separate system number in NEN and under a separate form in the Journal of Public Procurement. Each part of the procurement procedure has its own procurement documentation with various technical requirements for the required subject of performance. Estimated number of vehiclesthere are 40 vehicles for both parts. Each of the framework agreements will be concluded for 2 years.
