- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 ZZVZ, on the basis of which individual public contracts for the supply of complete wheels (hereinafter also "complete wheels" or "wheels") for the contractor's railway rolling stock will be awarded according to the procedure defined in the framework agreement and this ZD , according to oneof various parts of the public order to the collection point of the ordering party of the Supply Center, Česka Třebova, for a period of 27 months following the conclusion of the framework agreement.
