- The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the adjustment of the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts (i) for the production and supply of 15 units of dual-source electrical units powered by fixed traction devices withoustav 3kV DC/25kV AC with accumulator with a usable energy of at least 400 kWh with a maximum operating speed of at least 160 km/h in trolley mode and at least 120 km/h in battery mode, fully suitable for operation on railway lines with a gauge of 1,435 mm in the territory of the Czech Republic,
(ii)supplies of spare parts and constructural units of the exchange system.
and a contract for repairs and maintenance of the delivered units in the form of Full-Service.
