- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement, the draft of which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, for the supply and installation of photovoltaic power plant systems on the roofs of buildings owned by the Statutory City of Brno. The subject of performance also includes engineering activity, which consists in makingi all documentation necessary for the implementation of a specific subject of performance, which will be defined within the framework of separate implementation contracts, as well as documentation of the actual execution of the construction and the processing of all permits required by law for implementation and for putting the PV system into permanent operation. Includedthe subject of the performance will also be the provision of cooperation to the contracting authority in handling the connection of the PV plant to the distribution system and at the same time the provision of cooperation in securing authorization for the production of electricity. energy at the Energy Regulatory Office.
