- Framework agreement for the supply and installation of photovoltaic power plants on the roofs of buildings owned by the statutory city of Brno
Description of the contract: The subject of the procurement process is the conclusion of a framework agreement, the draft of which is attached to c. 1 of the procurement documentation, for the supply and installation of photovoltaic power plant systems onroofs of buildings owned by the Statutory City of Brno. The subject of performance further includes engineering activity, which consists in the preparation of all documentation necessary for the implementation of the concrete subject of performance, which will be defined within the framework of separate performance contracts, as well as the documentation of the actualmanagement of the construction and settlement of all permits required by law for implementation and for putting the PV system into permanent operation. Part of the subject of performance will also be the provision of cooperation by the contracting authority in handling the connection of the PV plant to the distribution system and, at the same time, the provision of cooperation in securing authorization forabout electricity production energy at the Energy Regulatory Office.
