Description:
The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the awarding of partial public contracts for the supply of water supply and sewerage material, required for the construction and repair of the contractor's water supply and sewerage network. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 1 year (year 2026). Entering partial public contracts will take place on the basis of written and telephone orders sent to the selected supplier according to the current needs of the contracting authority. Specifications of water supply and sewerage material (hereinafter referred to as "products") that can be ordered on the basis of the framework agreement, including the expected quantity, is listed in Appendix No. 3 of these ZP - Table of unit prices.
