- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "framework agreement"), the draft of which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, for the provision of comprehensive subsidy consultancy services, i.e. services consisting of comprehensive systematic project and process support (especially the creation and submission ofsubsidy applications) during the preparation and implementation of subsidy projects (for the contracting authority) within the framework of the installation of PV systems on the roofs of buildings owned by the statutory city of Brno and the provision of related services (including the processing of energy assessments for the purposes of subsidy applications and subsequent subsidy managemententity).
