- Description:
- The subject of a small -scale public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier (so -called without restoration of the competition) with the limit of performance in the amount of the estimated value of the public contract by procedure outside the tender in accordance with Section 31 of the Act. Individual orders will be placed on the basis of the framework agreementOn the supply of hygiene resources according to the relevant technical specification of the public contract, especially for the purpose of economical supply of the contracting authority and ensuring the teaching conducted by the contracting authority. The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is specified in detail in the proposal of the Framework Agreement (Annex 4 of the documentation of the tender)and in specification of the subject of performance (Annex 5 of the documentation of the selection procedure).
