Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier for a period of 48 months for the rental of new motor vehicles that have at least four wheels and are used for the transport of persons, i.e. passenger cars of category M1 (hereinafter also "vehicles") in within the meaning of the Annex to Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on road traffic conditions and on the amendment of Act No. 168/1999 Coll., on liability insurance for damage caused by vehicle operation and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended.
